Business Analyst
Position Overview:

Central European Securities Systems (CESS) provides the expertise for the processing of securities transactions from order routing and management, through settlement and position keeping to asset services, tax management and regulatory reporting.
One more Business Analyst position will be opened in a newly created Moscow CESS IT organization, the specialist will be primarily focused on new strategic projects for DCS (Domestic Custody Services) business.
This is an outstanding opportunity to step into this high profile and very dynamic initiatives from the very beginning and work on the close-to-business side of the full application development cycle, from strategic initiative analysis till production implementation.

Essential Job Functions:

The successful candidate will be responsible for
Business requirements reconciliation
Functional modeling and design
Technical design review
Contribution to QA, from essential test cases till test results review and supporting UAT
Liaising with off-shore developers to manage the development and testing processes

We expect work in close connection with the business clients and solution architects, to provide solutions aligned both with business needs and architecture guidelines

Required Skills

Profound subject matter know-how in securities post-trade processing, such as Clearing & Settlement, Asset Servicing, Reporting, preferably in the custody services industry
Professional experience in IT projects applying methods of requirements analysis, design and test management
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytic power and conceptual skills
Degree in computer science, economics or similar education
Knowledge of SQL appreciated
Fluent English
